There are a few things happening on a regular basis at Warren Court:
Leaving Care Forum is a drop in discussion group for people in the leaving care project. It’s where you can come to talk about things that are going well (and things that aren’t going well). Usually, we have a participation worker, an advocate, some PAs, and a service manager. Sometimes we have a Wakefield councillor who comes to hear what young people have to say (and to help if she can). It isn’t a clinic, but rather a chance to talk about things and meet other young people who are care leavers and relate.
Café Club is a group that meets every Thursday at Warren Court. It’s where you can come to learn to cook (or try our recipes!)
There are other events as well. Check back here from time to time to see what’s on.
